How can I cancel my order?
Please email us at cancel@silveable.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”. We will try our best efforts to make this attempt. Unfortunately orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped cannot be cancelled. For more information please review our returns and exchanges policy on our website

My product says sold out, when will it restock?
We have a livechat where you can ask for the specific item and/or size in question. Generally restocks can take about 30-45 days, however if any are returned/exchanged and added back into inventory you will be notified.

How can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately we cannot make address changes to an order already fulfilled and shipped. However, if the order has not been shipped we can attempt to make that change. Please use our contact form and select “Address Change” and include the correct address in the additional comments. We will try our best efforts to make this attempt. For more information please review our returns and exchanges policy on our website. If we are unsuccessful in making the address change for you, we ask that you contact the shipping company used in your email confirmation with your tracking number. If the package does not make it to you and is Returned To Sender we will reship the package when it returns to our warehouse. *An additional fee may be applied for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 20% discount for payment per year. There may be other temporary discounts, check for this on the site or with the livechat. Usually, they are displayed on the website.

Can I request a refund?
Sure, you will be welcome to request your refund within 14 days of subscribing to any paid plan.

Where is my refund?
Refunds generally take 5-7 business days for funds to appear in your bank account. Once your refund has been processed on our end, an email confirmation will be sent.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 14 days after delivery. Holiday Exchanges–Exchanges available on all holiday orders until January 10th – Valid for orders placed between November 15th and December 24th. Note: Clearance items are final sale.

Step 3. Drop off the package to your local post office.
Return and Exchange Policy
We require proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the original order confirmation email. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer support team for additional help.
Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product:
Has visible wear or damage.Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags.Is a final-sale item (this does not include discount codes or site-wide sales).
A few things to remember:
Returns sent back to our shipping partner in Depew, NY will take an additional 10-14 days to reach our Canadian warehouse. Once your package is received at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to inspect your items and fulfill your request.Exchanges and warranty replacements will be issued using standard shipping services. Options for paid upgraded express return service will not be eligible for requests using our online portal.Eligible returns will be fully refunded excluding a $8CAD/$6USD processing fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account or via PayPal. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method on file. If your payment method has changed since placing the order - please contact your financial institution. A $6.00 repackaging fee will be applied per item for missing packaging (jewelry box, tarot cards, merch etc). Please ensure bracelets are wrapped and that any other pieces are secured for safe traveling to avoid any damage.
